Okay Location. Overpriced Room

stained carpet damaged bathroom

I paid quite a bit for a room, so I expected better. My room was not very clean. The carpet had visible stains, and the bathroom door was damaged. I found dust on the radiator, disappointing.

musty odor dust accumulation

i was expecting more from this place. the room they gave me had a distinct musty odor and it was quite off-putting. housekeeping didn't seem to pay close attention to detail. there was visible dust accumulation on surfaces, and the bathroom wasn't as clean as i hope for it to be.

friendly staff bright place

the hotel was easy to find. friendly staff greeted me (which i always appreciate). i was pleased with how bright the place was.

the heated towel rail in the bathroom pumped out heat with no way of turning it off.

quick check-in friendly staff dirty bathtub dirty carpet

Check-in was super quick. The staff were very friendly and the café downstairs was cute!!! I loved having it there.

The bathtub was old and dirty, I would not want to take a bath there. the carpet was very dirty. It reminded me of sand was under my feet at all times.
